HAMPTON, N.H., April 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Unitil Corporation (NYSE:UTL) (www.unitil.com) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders today at the corporate office in Hampton, New Hampshire. Shareholders elected Mark H. Collin for an initial term of one year, Suzanne Foster and Justine Vogel each for an initial term of two years, and Lisa Crutchfield, Edward F. Godfrey, Eben S. Moulton and David A. Whiteley each for a term of three years to the Board of Directors. Shareholders also ratified the selection of Deloitte & Touche, LLP as independent registered public accountants for 2019. Additionally, the required shareholder advisory vote concerning executive compensation, also known as “say on pay,” was approved by greater than 94% of shareholders.
